About Us

Where it all started

Our story begins with a clear mission: to address a common challenge in the healthcare industry. While successfully assisting our clients in meeting regulatory requirements, we observed a recurring issue after our involvement concluded—maintaining those improvements over time. Whether due to personnel changes or the gradual return of bad habits, the progress would often erode.

We recognised the vital elements for delivering top-notch service to our clients: information, accountability, and responsibility. As HR and healthcare professionals, we knew what we needed, but we sought an IT partner to translate our vision into a tangible solution. That partner became our fellow Director, Craig Fletcher.

The result of our collaboration is the Care Audit Tool—an efficient and enduring audit solution that instills ownership and responsibility where it matters in your organisation. We designed this tool with the user's perspective in mind, enabling you to assign audit questions appropriately within your organisation. Not only does it cover traditional regulatory aspects, but it also delves into non-traditional areas such as estates, maintenance management, and HR.

Our tool goes beyond just asking questions; it provides insights into potential implications and breaches of statutory regulations based on responses. Negative responses seamlessly feed into action planning processes, ensuring proactive improvements. With our reporting tool, you gain a comprehensive view of the status in each area and question category. Additionally, we offer anonymous engagement questionnaires for staff, service users, and relatives.

Our vision is to offer a professional, user-friendly, and sustainable audit tool that prioritises visibility, transparency, and high-quality care. At our core, we deeply care about delivering excellent healthcare solutions through cutting-edge software.
