The Care Audit Tool pricing has two components:
- One-off Fee: This fee covers the initial setup, installation, training, and system launch. It's a single payment made at the beginning to get the system up and running within the organisation.
- Annual License Fee: This recurring fee covers various ongoing services, including monthly technical support, user group webinars, and system updates. The fee is based on the organisation's usage of the system for one set of audit processes. If the organisation wants to audit multiple wards or units individually, they have the option to purchase additional licenses. Our system is designed to support this flexibility.
Organisation Structure
The Care Audit Tool offers you the freedom to select the individuals responsible for conducting the audit. You have the flexibility to choose a single person or multiple individuals to undertake this process.
This flexibility extends to situations where you have various departments or a hierarchical structure in place. In such cases, you can assign the audit responsibilities to those working within these areas.
Through the reporting system, you will have instant access to the audit results, providing visibility into the outcomes.
